Data We CollectWe collect information when you sign up to our Services, when you create an account, when you log into your account with us, and when you use our products. The types of data we collect from can fall into one of the following categories:Types of data

Purposes for collecting dataWe collect and store data in order to provide a reliable service, improve it over time & communicate with you. The ways in which we use this data is detailed below.

Data SecurityWe collect and store your data using third party services. All of our providers use industry standard security measures to keep your data safe. Their websites are accessed via HTTPS & we make sure to enable two factor authentication where available.All of our service providers meet guidelines outlined by the European Commission (EC) around data security. This is because they operate in an area the EC has deemed to provide adequate data protection or because they include standard contractual clauses laid out by the EC.Data RetentionCookies: May last just for the session you spend on the website or may last up to 26 months of inactivity. Temporarily pause you data being used whilst we respond to any of the other requests aboveIf you would like us to erase your personal data, send us an email to hello@synoptic-ai.com with the subject DELETE to help us easily identify it. We will confirm with you once we have done so.If you choose to delete your data we still retain some information for legal purposes. For example we will retain consent logs around cookie data and we will retain information around who has matched with who.For any emails you send to hello@synoptic-ai.com we will aim to respond to you as soon as possible. Legally this should be no later than a month.
